Market Stall & Mandi Vendor QR Badge Sheet Generator

Bulk-generate UPI payment QR badges for weekly market, mandi, or exhibition stalls. Use one shared organizer UPI ID for accounting-by-stall, or an optional per-stall UPI ID override to pay vendors directly.

Quick Answer & Summary

To generate market stall QR badges, enter your market/exhibition name and organizer UPI ID, then select the 'Stall' prefix for sequential numbering (Stall 1 to 40) using one shared UPI ID, or upload a CSV with the optional 4th 'UpiId' column filled in per row to route specific stalls' payments directly to that vendor's own UPI ID instead. Download the full batch as a print-ready sheet or ZIP archive.

How to Use Market Stall & Mandi Vendor QR Badge Sheet Generator

1

Enter Market/Exhibition Name & Organizer UPI ID

Add your market, mandi, or exhibition name and the organizer UPI ID to use as the default for every stall badge.

2

Choose Sequential Stall Numbers or Upload a Vendor CSV

Select the "Stall" prefix for a quick sequential batch (Stall 1 to Stall 40), or upload a CSV. The CSV supports an optional 4th "UpiId" column: leave it blank to route every stall's payment to the shared organizer UPI ID for accounting, or fill it in per row to send that stall's payments directly to that vendor's own UPI ID.

3

Preview the Stall Badge Sheet

Review the printable badge layout, sized for pinning to each stall counter or laminating as a standee.

4

Download ZIP or Print Directly

Export every stall's QR badge as high-resolution PNG/SVG in one ZIP, or print the full sheet straight from the browser.

Pro Tips
Select the "Stall" prefix option so sequential badges read "Stall 1" instead of "Table 1".
Leave the CSV UpiId column blank to route a stall's payments to the shared organizer UPI ID for centralized accounting.
Fill in the CSV UpiId column per row when a vendor should be paid directly into their own UPI ID rather than the organizer account.

Practical Examples & Conversions

Input
Market: "Sunday Green Market" | Stalls: 1–40 | UPI: sundaygreenmarket@okhdfcbank (same for all stalls)
Output
40 stall badges, each pre-filled with "Stall 12" as the note so the organizer can tally collections per stall from one bank account
