No. All page reordering, rotation, deletion, and structural compression execute completely inside your web browser's RAM memory using WebAssembly. No files are uploaded to any server.

What does the 'structural compression' option actually do?

It re-serializes the PDF's internal object structure using pdf-lib's compressed object streams, which can reduce overhead from duplicated or verbose PDF objects. It does not recompress, resample, or re-encode embedded images or photos — pdf-lib does not expose an image transcoding API, so raster content is carried through byte-for-byte. For image-heavy PDFs, savings may be minimal.

Can I rotate just one page instead of the whole document?

Yes. Each page card has its own rotate-left and rotate-right controls, so you can fix individually misoriented pages without affecting the rest of the document.
