Festival & Community Chanda Collection Notice Generator
Create household-wise UPI payment QR notices for Diwali, Ganesh Utsav, Navratri, or other community festival chanda/vargani collection. Use open-amount notices with a printed suggested contribution, or a CSV of pre-pledged fixed amounts, then export a printable notice sheet or ZIP.
To generate household-wise festival chanda QR notices, enter your festival/committee name and the committee UPI ID. Since one UPI QR can only carry a single fixed amount or none, either leave the amount blank in Sequential mode and print your suggested per-household contribution as text, set one fixed amount if every household pays the same flat chanda, or upload a CSV of pre-pledged amounts if households have already committed different sums. Download the full batch as a print-ready sheet or ZIP archive.
Household-Wise Numbering
Generate notices for an entire lane, block, or society in one click (e.g. House 1 to House 50).
Open Amount or Pledged CSV
Leave the amount open with a printed suggested contribution, or lock in pre-pledged amounts via CSV.
Reconciliation-Friendly
Each QR embeds the household number in the transaction note, so committees can match payments instantly.

How to Use Festival & Community Chanda Collection Notice Generator
Enter Festival/Committee Name & Committee UPI ID
Add your festival or committee name (e.g. "Ganesh Utsav Mandal 2026") and the UPI ID that should receive chanda/vargani contributions.
Choose Open-Amount Household Notices or a Pledged-Amount CSV
A UPI QR code can only encode one fixed amount or none at all. Select the "Household" prefix for identical open-amount notices (every household scans the same style of QR and enters their own contribution, with your suggested amount printed as text alongside it), or upload a CSV only if households have already pledged specific amounts upfront that you want locked into each QR.
Preview the Notice Sheet
Review the household-wise notice layout, sized for printing and distributing door-to-door or pinning to the society notice board.
Download ZIP or Print Directly
Export every household's QR notice as high-resolution PNG/SVG in one ZIP, or print the full sheet straight from the browser.
Practical Examples & Conversions
Festival: "Ganesh Utsav Mandal 2026" | Households: 1–50 | UPI: ganeshutsavmandal@okicici | Amount field left blank (open)
50 household notices, each with an open-amount QR (residents type in their own contribution when scanning) and a "Suggested contribution: ₹501" line printed as plain text below the QR — since a single QR cannot enforce different amounts per household without a fixed value
